KEEK

KEEK is a free-to-play pixel platformer originally created for the GCORES BOOOM Challenge 2021. It launched on Steam on August 18, 2022 as a polished version of that game jam entry, with five new levels added. At launch, the developer explicitly stated that a full commercial version of the game was in development, and the store description still carries the line "A full release version is under development." Following launch, the developer issued two minor feature patches and one bug fix update, with the last communication being a patch note on September 20, 2022. Since that date, there have been no further announcements, development updates, or any other communication from the studio. The promised commercial version has not appeared, and the developer has not provided any explanation for the prolonged silence. Given that the store page still references a version under development but the studio has been silent since September 20, 2022, there is genuine uncertainty about whether the commercial version is still being actively worked on.
