Keplerth reached its 1.0 release on May 23, 2022, after a long Early Access period beginning in April 2018. Since launch, developer TARO has maintained a consistent pattern of updates with transparent progress reporting.
The most recent developer communications are from August 4, 2025 (V1.3.2 patch notes, [NEWS-1]) and July 25, 2025 (Version 1.3.0 update, [NEWS-2]). Both confirm active development. The V1.3.1 patch notes (July 28, 2025) specifically state that "some unreleased Jaru accessories were mistakenly shown in the Item Archives — these are still under development and not yet officially added to the game," which is a direct developer confirmation that new content items are being actively worked on.

- Add more types and gameplay of dungeons, such as rare beast dens, ruins and lost treasures, boss challenges or infinite dungeons, etc.
- More new events and rewards.
- Add weapons with new combat mode, interesting toys, and amazing pets.
- Functional NPCs and traveling merchants will visit player's shelter.
- Add more management content of shelters and farms.
- The remaining plans in the schedule will also be updated one by one.
