KILLRUN launched on August 25, 2022 and received two free major content updates in quick succession: DAWNBREAKER on September 22, 2022 (adding 15 maps, new weapons, and a training facility) and DEADSIM ARCADE on November 30, 2022 (adding another 15 maps, a new power-up, and more weapons). Both updates were positioned as free additions to the base game. After November 30, 2022, there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no patch notes, announcements, or updates. This silence has persisted through to June 24, 2026, which is well beyond any reasonable continuation of the two-update cadence established in the game's first few months. The store description does include the phrase "more still to come" in reference to maps, but this was written at or near launch and has not been reaffirmed by any developer communication in over three and a half years. The two post-launch updates appear to represent the full scope of planned post-launch support, with development having concluded around November 2022.
