King of Dragon Pass

King of Dragon Pass launched on Steam on July 28, 2015 as a port of an acclaimed mobile title. The developer shipped a content patch in June 2016 (adding 15 new interactive scenes), followed by two bug fix patches in 2017 and 2018, a feature patch in February 2019, and finally a bonus materials update on September 27, 2021 that added artwork, a manual, wallpapers, and a soundtrack — bringing the Steam version in line with the GOG release. That September 2021 update represents the last meaningful change to the game itself. The only DLC is the standalone soundtrack, which released alongside that same September 2021 update. There are no unreleased DLC items listed. Importantly, the three news posts tagged as major content releases (from 2022, 2023, and 2024) are actually announcements for entirely different games published by HeroCraft PC — Anvil Saga, Revival: Recolonization, and Union of Gnomes — not updates to King of Dragon Pass itself. No developer communication of any kind has been directed at King of Dragon Pass since September 2021, and no future content has been announced for it. The game appears to have launched as a complete product and received only minor post-launch improvements before going quiet. It is considered complete.
