KINGDOM of the DEAD

KINGDOM of the DEAD launched on February 10, 2022 as a complete, self-contained horror FPS. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped one meaningful post-launch update on May 26, 2022, adding an Endless Mode, achievements, and controller support. A bug fix patch followed on September 30, 2022. Since then, there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no new content announcements, no roadmap, no hints of upcoming expansions or DLC. The store description presents the game as a finished product with a defined set of features: 8 locations, 8 weapons, 22+ enemies, and old-school boss encounters. There are no unreleased DLC listings on the store, no season pass, and no live-service structure. With the last developer communication dating to September 30, 2022, and no pattern of sustained post-launch content updates beyond the single Endless Mode drop, the game appears to have shipped as a complete product. The October 2021 announcement teased "much more awaits you," but that language was almost certainly referring to the full game itself — and the Endless Mode update that followed launch.
