Kittypocalypse is a VR tower defense game that launched on August 15, 2016, and received one significant post-launch update — version 1.1 on December 28, 2016 — which added Oculus Touch support, a desktop (non-VR) mode, revamped weapon animations, rebalancing, and hundreds of bug fixes. That appears to be the last substantial work done on this title. The developer's news channel subsequently shifted entirely toward a different game, Glyph: a March 2021 announcement and August 2021 launch post both focus exclusively on that new 3D platformer, with the August 2021 post explicitly describing Kittypocalypse as one of Bolverk Games' past VR titles. There are no unreleased DLC items, no roadmap, no announced future content, and no developer communication about Kittypocalypse after December 2016. The game shipped as a complete product and its one major post-launch patch has long since been delivered.
