Shortly after launch on April 3, 2024, the producer published an open letter to players confirming that more DLC is planned for the future, alongside near-term quality and optimization improvements. This was a direct statement of intent to add post-launch content.
The studio has remained clearly active: in July 2024 they announced a sequel project was in development; in December 2024 they noted a new game would begin production; by June 2025 they launched that new game ("Beauty, Please Don't Affect My Immortality") — a spiritual successor made by the same team; and in May 2026 they announced a mobile version of that new title on TapTap.
The April 2024 promise of DLC for this base game has not been revisited or fulfilled with any announced release. The studio's focus appears to have shifted substantially to their new title.
