Lakeside Bar launched on July 30, 2025 and has received a steady stream of substantial content updates since. Four major updates have shipped post-launch: the Autumn Sales update (version 0.5.0, September 29, 2025), a landmark version 1.0.0 on January 12, 2026 introducing a full farming system with garden spirits and VIP guests, Major Update 1.3 on June 8, 2026 adding macOS support, free staff skins, new decorations, and a crossover event, and version 1.3.6 on July 22, 2026 celebrating the game's first anniversary with new free decorations, a new theme, and the launch of the Elite Collection DLC. This establishes a consistent cadence of major releases roughly every 2–4 months. All six DLC items currently listed are released. The most recent developer communication was on August 7, 2026, promoting a sale and teasing upcoming announcements about a separate game (Seaside Wash). The developer has not announced the end of Lakeside Bar's content development, and the sustained update history gives no indication the game is winding down.
