Last Light launched on August 25, 2021 as a complete horror adventure game. Following release, Team Corn Field issued a series of post-launch patches: a balance and difficulty update on September 14, 2021; a content-adding update on November 24, 2021 (new enemies, Korean audio, additional achievements, and a short cutscene); and bug-fix patches on December 22, 2021 and January 25, 2022. The January 25, 2022 patch (v1.0.4.0) is the last recorded developer communication of any kind. No posts, patches, announcements, or updates have appeared since that date. The two DLC items — a Digital Artbook (released at launch on August 25, 2021) and a Wallpaper Pack (released December 22, 2021) — are both fully released. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no stated plans for additional updates. The post-launch activity was concentrated entirely within the first five months after release and has been silent since January 25, 2022. The game appears to have launched as a self-contained experience and reached its final state with the January 2022 patch.
