Evaluation
Learn Japanese To Survive! Hiragana Battle launched on February 16, 2016 as a complete educational RPG teaching Japanese Hiragana characters. The developer followed it up with a Study Guide DLC on July 30, 2019 — the only DLC for the game, and it has been released. That DLC is the final piece of content associated with this title.
Since then, the developer (Sleepy Duck) has moved on to other projects entirely: they announced and shipped a separate game, CORPSE FACTORY, a psychological thriller visual novel that launched on June 1, 2022. All developer communications from 2021 onward relate exclusively to CORPSE FACTORY, with no mention of any new content planned for Hiragana Battle. The last communication specifically about Hiragana Battle was the Study Guide DLC announcement on July 30, 2019.
There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, and no roadmap. The game shipped as a complete product and its one DLC add-on has been available since 2019. The game is fully complete.
Evidence
The only DLC — a Hiragana Study Guide — was released on July 30, 2019. All DLC for the game has shipped.
