Legal Dungeon

Legal Dungeon launched on May 6, 2019 as a complete, self-contained narrative game. The store description explicitly describes the game's full scope: eight criminal cases, 14 multiple endings, 6 Steam achievements, and a screen mate shop — language that presents the game as a finished package. The only DLC (the soundtrack) was released on launch day. After release, the developer Somi issued a small bug fix in May 2019, a Chinese retranslation update in September 2019, and a quality-of-life feature patch adding an autocomplete system in October 2020. The last of these, on October 2, 2020, is the most recent developer communication of any kind related to Legal Dungeon. Since then, Somi has been active on other projects — most notably The Wake: Mourning Father, Mourning Mother, which launched on Steam on July 10, 2020 and was explicitly described as the final entry in Somi's "Guilt Trilogy," of which Legal Dungeon is the second entry. No further content for Legal Dungeon has been announced or implied at any point. The game launched as a complete narrative experience, received post-launch polish updates, and has had no developer communication since October 2, 2020, with no outstanding commitments or planned content of any kind.
