Living Cell

Living Cell launched on November 6, 2023 as a self-contained dark adventure game. Shortly after release, the developer announced plans to release an artbook, desktop wallpapers, and a soundtrack — all supplementary material rather than game content. The game has received only minor maintenance and optimization patches since launch, the most recent being a Unity engine update and texture optimization on October 5, 2025. There is no DLC listed, no roadmap for additional game content, and no developer statements indicating further story or gameplay additions are planned. The developer's post-launch activity has been focused on new, separate games in the same universe (Choice of Life: Wild Islands in September 2024, Choice of Life: Samosbor in November 2025, and Ritualis - Summoner Simulator announced for Fall 2025), rather than expanding Living Cell itself. The game appears to have shipped as a complete, standalone product.
