Loophole launched on July 14, 2025 as a complete grid-based puzzle game. The developer followed up with a bug-fix patch on July 16, 2025, a quality-of-life update on August 4, 2025 (adding a restart button and level replay functionality), and then a substantial free update on January 14, 2026 introducing a full Level Editor with Steam Workshop support. That January 2026 update is the only major content drop in the game's history. As of today (September 17, 2026), it has been over 8 months since that last major update, and there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no announcements, patches, or roadmap posts. With only one major post-launch content release on record, there is no established recurring cadence, and the 8-month silence well exceeds the 6-month ceiling for inferring ongoing development. The developer has not announced any additional content or future plans. The game appears to have launched as a complete product and received one meaningful post-launch addition before going quiet — a pattern consistent with a finished release.
