LOVE 3

LOVE 3 launched on December 6, 2021 and received a healthy stream of post-launch updates through late 2022. The developer shipped several notable free content additions after launch: a recreation of the original 2007 "LOVE" (<3) with 20 levels on January 22, 2022; Steam Deck Verified support and an Endless Mode on August 25, 2022; and full custom level editor support on December 22, 2022. These were accompanied by multiple bug-fix patches in the months following launch. The only DLC listed is the soundtrack, which was released on launch day. No unreleased DLC exists on the store. Since the custom level editor update on December 22, 2022, there have been no further content patches or developer communications specifically about LOVE 3's development. The two news posts from 2024 (June 2024 convention appearance and a January 2024 announcement of an unrelated Retroware title) are publisher-level promotions, not developer statements about ongoing LOVE 3 content. The developer made no promises of future content after the December 2022 update, and the post-launch update pattern has clearly concluded. The game launched as a complete, self-contained precision platformer. Its post-launch additions have all shipped, the custom level tool gives the community tools to extend the game themselves, and there are no outstanding commitments or announced future content. The content of LOVE 3 is complete as of the December 22, 2022 custom level update.
