Evaluation

Love Simulation launched on April 29, 2018 as a collection release on Steam. Shortly after launch, the developer posted a bug fix on May 4, 2018, and then shipped a meaningful content update on February 1, 2019 adding New Year and Christmas story chapters with new endings and achievements. That February 2019 update is the last known developer communication of any kind. The store page continues to promise "Updates and DLC will be provided (irregularly scheduled)," which is an active commitment to future content. However, the developer has been completely silent since February 1, 2019 — more than seven years as of June 2026 — with no updates, announcements, or patches of any kind. Given this extended silence, it is highly uncertain whether the promised updates and DLC will ever materialize, despite the store description still advertising them.

Evidence

Developer shipped a New Year & Christmas story update with new endings and achievements. This is the last developer communication on record.
