Lowglow launched on December 3, 2015 as a complete audiovisual puzzle game featuring over 100 levels. Shortly after launch, the developer posted about a planned level editor (December 7, 2015), but walked this back in a February 4, 2016 update, explicitly stating that finalizing the editor "would be a really bad market decision for us at this moment." That same update added 15 new post-launch bonus levels. A minor feature patch followed on February 18, 2016, adding community-requested quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes. On June 21, 2016, the developer posted a thank-you message indicating that the team was now fully focused on building an entirely new game, not further Lowglow content. There have been no developer communications since June 21, 2016. The level editor that was once teased was formally abandoned, and the studio explicitly moved on to a new project. No DLC has ever been listed for this game, and no further content commitments remain outstanding. The game is complete.

The game includes over 100 mind-bending levels. The gameplay is physics driven and plays with different gravitations, pushes, pulls and portals for starters. You are an astral light drop in the endless sea of darkness, trying to bring shine where it's needed the most.Each set of levels has a strong theme where the coloring, audio and mechanics vary greatly. The levels have lots of weird mechanics that are sure to keep you entertained throughout the game.
