Evaluation

Lucky Shot launched on August 7, 2026, and the developer stated at launch that "this is just the beginning, we have plenty more in store for you" — a clear signal that the initial release was not the end of their content plans. Since launch, Deliver Games has been extremely active. Between August 7 and August 20, 2026, they shipped four feature patches covering crosshair improvements, balance changes, co-op fixes, and a wide range of bug fixes. Then on September 4, 2026, they released the Guns & Friends Update — described by the developer themselves as "by far the biggest update we've shipped since launch." This update added a full Daily Run mode, rebuilt co-op from the ground up with per-player coins and a communication wheel, introduced PvP matchmaking and reconnection, reworked the Tracker weapon entirely with a new Holo, added Assist Mode, and delivered a substantial visual comfort pass, among many other changes. This is a studio that has shipped meaningful content less than two months after launch and has not given any indication that development is winding down. The developer's launch statement of intent remains unretracted, and the September 4 update actively reinforces that the game is in a period of active post-launch development.

About this game

A flick-shot dopamine machine

Lucky Shot is a roguelike First-Person Shooting Gallery game where precise shooting meets wild buildcrafting. Master different weapons, stack Holos, arrange special bullets, and combine charms, energy drinks, and target upgrades into absurd, run-breaking combos. Land clean shots, grow huge multipliers, and push the score until the run breaks wide open.

Build wild combos. Break the shooting range.

Shape each run around the tools you find. Reach the required score, defeat the bosses, and keep the run alive as every choice changes what your next shot can do.

➤ 150+ Holos that stack, synergize, and bend the rules in different ways

➤ 12 different weapons, each with a unique playstyle that changes how you approach every run

➤ Co-op Multiplayer up to 4 players

➤ PVP 1v1 with matchmaking too!

➤ Multiple special bullets for your mag that define your build and shape each run

➤ 15+ bosses that test both your aim and your build

➤ 16+ charms that stay with you throughout the run and trigger special effects

➤ 15+ energy drinks with side effects that can save a run or wreck it completely

➤ Multiple special target types that let you influence what spawns next. The range is yours

New stages, new eras, new tracks

Each stage pays tribute to a different era, with its own visual identity and soundtrack.

Strategy matters as much as aim

You do not need to be an FPS expert. Lucky Shot is designed for shooter and deckbuilder players alike: strong aim can push a build further, while smart synergies and magazine planning can turn every shot into something spectacular.
