Mahjong Nagomi launched on August 6, 2020 as a complete, finished product — an authentic Japanese Mahjong game with single-player and online multiplayer modes. In the weeks following launch, Zoo Corporation shipped two feature patches (ver1.0.1 on August 12 and ver1.0.2 on August 21) adding quality-of-life improvements, followed by a bug fix patch (ver1.0.3 on December 21, 2020) that rounded out the game's initial polish cycle. No paid DLC or expansion content was ever announced for the game itself. The developer has never communicated any plans for additional content or new features beyond maintenance. The most recent post, on October 20, 2025, was a security-related patch (ver1.0.4) addressing a Unity engine vulnerability — a routine maintenance update with no indication of new content. The game appears to have shipped as a complete standalone product and has been in maintenance-only status since late 2020.
