Make It Indie! launched on April 1, 2015 as a self-contained experience — a short narrative game about the life of an indie developer featuring over 30 minutes of video content and multiple endings. The store description presents it as a complete, finite product with no mention of planned updates, expansions, or ongoing content. Post-launch developer activity consisted entirely of minor maintenance: translation additions in May 2015, engine updates in September 2015 and January 2016, and a Steam Leaderboards integration in September 2017. None of these constitute new content — they are housekeeping updates keeping the game running on current technology. The last developer communication was on September 3, 2017. No future content has ever been announced, no DLC exists, and the developer has never signaled plans to expand the game. This game shipped as a finished product and has been content-complete since its April 1, 2015 launch date.
