Evaluation
Maximum Override launched out of Early Access on March 9, 2017. The developer's own communications make the content status very clear. In January 2017, when shipping the "Las Loco" city update (v0.9), the developer explicitly stated: "This should be our last content release — after this we'll have another update with fixes and optimizations, then release out of early access." The March 9, 2017 launch post then confirmed exactly that, noting "Las Loco will probably be the last major new city addition" and that future work would be limited to possible VR-related options. No content has been announced or shipped since that launch post, and no unreleased DLC appears in the store listing. The game launched as a complete package with no further content commitments beyond minor, speculative VR additions that were never formalized.
