Medieval Defenders launched on November 11, 2016 as a self-contained tower defense game with 40 levels, 2 locations, and 12 tower types. The only DLC ever released was a soundtrack pack on November 30, 2016 — a common launch-window accompaniment, not an indicator of ongoing content development. The developer's news posts on the game's Steam page are entirely unrelated to Medieval Defenders itself: a July 2017 post announced a separate game (Business Tour), and a June 2018 post promoted a DLC for that same unrelated game. There has been no developer communication about Medieval Defenders since its launch window, no patches, no content updates, and no roadmap of any kind. The game launched as a finished product and has received no post-launch content development.
