Evaluation
Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 launched on August 8, 2017 as a complete compilation of Mega Man 7, 8, 9, and 10, including the DLC modes for Mega Man 9 and 10 that were previously sold separately. The store description confirms all of this additional content is already bundled in. The only DLC released after launch was a set of four Sound Collections (one per game), all of which shipped on December 17, 2020. All DLC is now released and none is pending. The developer news posts scanned are Capcom franchise announcements — promotions for Mega Man X DiVE Offline (a separate game) and a December 2025 announcement of Mega Man: Dual Override, a new mainline entry targeting 2027. None of these communications relate to new content planned for this specific collection. Capcom has not announced any additional content for Mega Man Legacy Collection 2, and the game's content has been complete since the Sound Collections shipped in December 2020.
Evidence
Store description confirms all previously released DLC for Mega Man 9 and 10 is already included in the base game, presenting it as a complete package.
Mega Man 7 Sound Collection released on December 17, 2020 — part of the final wave of DLC for this collection.
