The developer shipped a string of major content drops in the months following launch: a new hero (Goblin) on November 26, 2024, multiplayer speed run and racing modes alongside a new hero (Time Traveler) in December 2024, and then a new character (Aliensrock) on January 8, 2026. That gives five major content releases spanning just over 15 months, with intervals ranging from roughly a few weeks to about 13 months between the December 2024 cluster and the January 2026 update. On October 30, 2024, the developer posted a direct commitment to players, explicitly stating that all future content updates would be provided for free — a meaningful public promise about the game's long-term direction. A November 5, 2024 announcement outlined a detailed roadmap of planned features, including new heroes, gameplay modes, and quality-of-life improvements. Each time you play, you'll select perks and relics that will customize your approach, each with unique advantages and disadvantages. Get an early advantage with Rush perks or use Emergency Heal to gain a late-game rescue. Between rounds of emoji battles, visit the Jezos shop to spend your gold on much-needed upgrades. And even combine relics to form special new ones like the Walking Octopus and Broccoli Devil.
