Meowgic officially launched on July 20, 2026, just one day before this assessment. The game went through an extensive pre-launch testing period — a closed playtest in February 2026, an open demo in April/May 2026, and participation in Steam Next Fest in June 2026 — before shipping its full release. The developer, Lazy Turtle Games, posted a launch announcement celebrating the game going live and thanking the community for their support throughout development. The only DLC listed is a Supporter Pack (released the same day as the game), which is a cosmetic bundle containing outfits and accessories — a one-time purchase, not a sign of ongoing content drops or a live-service structure. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future expansions, and no developer statements about post-launch content plans. Because the game launched just yesterday, there is simply no post-launch track record to evaluate yet. The developer has not stated that the game is complete with no future plans, nor have they announced any upcoming content.
