Metaphor: ReFantazio launched on October 11, 2024 as a complete, self-contained RPG. All 8 DLC items were released on the same day as the game itself (October 11, 2024) and consist entirely of cosmetic costume and music packs — cross-promotional content from ATLUS's other franchises (Persona series, Etrian Odyssey, etc.). No DLC is listed as unreleased. Following launch, ATLUS released several patches improving game features and fixing bugs, with the most recent Metaphor-specific update being a security/Unity patch on October 28, 2025. There have been no announcements of any expansion, story DLC, or additional content for the game itself. The two most recent news posts on the game's Steam page (June 2026) are announcements for entirely separate ATLUS titles — Persona 4 Revival and Persona 6 — not content additions to Metaphor: ReFantazio.
