Evaluation
Midnight Monitor: Aldercourt launched on March 14, 2024 and received one major post-launch content update — the V2.0 update on April 12, 2024 — which expanded the game's anomaly count from 55 to 80, added a new room, interactivity systems, new modes, and achievements. The store description explicitly states "Midnight Monitor: Aldercourt is a complete game," indicating the developer considers the base product finished.
The June 27, 2024 developer post mentioned that "some small bug fixes [are] planned for Aldercourt, and then we move onto game #3," signaling that development attention had shifted away from Aldercourt. Subsequent communications (August 2024 bug fixes, October 2025 security patch) are maintenance-only updates with no new content. The October 2025 security patch post also references ongoing work on a different game in the series (Midnight Monitor: Anomaly Watch) rather than any new content for Aldercourt specifically.
There are no unreleased DLC listed for Aldercourt, no announced future content for this game, and the developer has explicitly communicated that Aldercourt is complete and they are moving on. The game shipped as a self-contained experience and the developer has treated it as such since mid-2024.
