Midnight Mysteries: Salem Witch Trials released on March 28, 2012 as a self-contained casual adventure game. The store description presents it as a complete, standalone experience with a defined set of content (10 Adventure Missions, collectibles, and a Collector's Edition bundle). The only post-launch developer communication was a maintenance patch on March 10, 2014 that added Windows 8 compatibility and bundled in the Strategy Guide — no new gameplay content was added. There have been no developer posts, announcements, or DLC of any kind since 2014. The game launched as a finished product and has received no post-launch content updates.
