Millie launched on April 18, 2014 as a self-contained casual puzzle game with over 90 levels across three environments. Shortly after launch, the developer issued two small patches: a bug fix on April 22, 2014 addressing reported issues, and a balance update on November 20, 2014 that refined the difficulty system. No further updates, patches, or announcements have been made for Millie since November 2014. The store description describes a fixed, complete package of content with no mention of future updates, DLC, or ongoing development. The developer's subsequent news posts — from 2016 through 2018 — all pertain to entirely separate games (Zombillie, Ghostdream, Masky, Hollow, and Fear Effect Sedna), confirming that Forever Entertainment moved on from Millie long ago. The game shipped as a finished product and received only minor post-launch maintenance before development concluded.
