Evaluation
MINOS launched on April 9, 2026 and has been in active, sustained post-launch development since day one. The developer (Artificer) shipped quick bug-fix patches on April 14 and April 24, 2026, then announced a public beta for Patch 1.1 on May 21, 2026. Patch 1.1 went fully live on June 25, 2026 — a substantial update that added an entirely new Roguelite game mode, two difficulty tiers, ten new artifacts, multiple new device upgrades, and various balance and quality-of-life improvements. A follow-up Patch 1.1.1 arrived on July 30, 2026 with further balance tweaks and bug fixes. Crucially, the July 30 patch notes explicitly state the team is "continuing our work on additional content that will be released in patch 1.2 a bit later," confirming that more content is already in progress. The only paid DLC items are a Supporter Pack and Soundtrack, both released at launch — no paid post-launch content has been listed. All content updates so far have been free. The game is actively receiving meaningful new content and the developer has directly confirmed further updates are in the pipeline.
