Minutescape

Minutescape launched on April 15, 2025. The day after launch, the developer committed to addressing balancing issues and then adding more content. That promise was followed through: Patch 1.1 arrived on May 1, 2025 with new systems (a market, currency converter, stats page, and gameplay mechanics), and version 1.2 on June 12, 2025 added The Arena — a fully independent boss-fight game mode featuring a new boss called 0V3RCL0CK. A hotfix shipped the same day. The July 14, 2025 announcement introduced Chipmatic, a new factory-building game from the same developer targeting a 2026 release. This signals the developer has shifted primary focus to a new project. Since June 12, 2025 — now over 15 months ago — there have been no further Minutescape updates, patch notes, feature announcements, or developer communications about the game. The developer's April 2025 statement about adding "more content" was not a specific commitment to named DLC or a roadmap; it was a general intention, and it appears to have been satisfied by the June 2025 Arena update. There is no outstanding announced content for Minutescape, no unreleased DLC on the store, and the developer's attention has visibly moved to Chipmatic. The post-launch update pattern (two meaningful updates within the first two months) has not continued, and the silence since June 2025 now exceeds what that short pattern would suggest as an ongoing cadence.
