MOAI: Build Your Dream launched on February 26, 2015 as a self-contained casual strategy title. Shortly after launch, the developer issued two small compatibility and localization patches in early March 2015 — adding language support for the Mac version and fixing an XP compatibility issue. In July 2022, the game received a Steam Deck compatibility update. No expansions, DLC, or additional content were ever released for this specific game. The developer's news feed, when examined in full, is dominated by announcements for entirely separate games (MOAI 6, MOAI 7, Demon Skin, Tetragon, REMEDIUM: Sentinels, and Farm Frenzy), none of which add content to this title. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmaps, and no developer statements promising future content for MOAI: Build Your Dream. The game launched as a complete, standalone product and has remained so.
