Mosaique Neko Waifus launched on January 27, 2020 as a self-contained casual puzzle/visual novel. Both of its DLC items — the R18+ patch and an art pack — were released on January 27–28, 2020, within the first two days of launch. All DLC is accounted for with no unreleased items.
Post-launch, the developer shipped several small feature and bug-fix patches through March 2020, then shifted focus to building sequel titles in the same franchise: Mosaique Neko Waifus 2 (June 2020), Neko Waifus 3 (August 2020), and Neko Waifus 4 (February 2021). The developer's news posts for this original game were primarily used to announce those sequels rather than communicate new content for the base game itself.
A September 2022 post announced Mosaique Neko Waifus 5 and another unrelated project. A February 2025 post announced a new puzzler called Mosaica: Arboreal — a separate game, not additional content for this title. None of these posts indicate any planned additions to the original Mosaique Neko Waifus. The developer has moved on to sequels and new projects, and this game launched as a complete, finite package with a fixed set of puzzles, girls, and achievements. No further content has been announced or hinted at for this specific title.

• Earthquake. Shakes up stuff pretty seriously. Solves a good portion of the puzzle randomizing the rest.
