Start slow, but with each pill the game speeds up — simple, snappy, and endlessly replayable.

Move with Arrow Keys or WASD (mobile: swipe).
Collect pills to earn points and increase your speed.
Watch the compliance timer — if it runs out, you lose a heart.
Lose all hearts and it’s Game Over!
Press P or Esc to pause (the timer truly stops).
