My Cat Girl Lover

My Cat Girl Lover is a visual novel that launched on August 15, 2022 as a complete product with Chinese and Japanese text, adding English the same day. The game shipped as a finished story — the store description highlights its illustrations, character artwork, voice acting, and CG gallery, with no mention of planned expansions or additional content chapters. There is no DLC listed for the game. Post-launch developer activity has been limited to technical maintenance: a Korean localization was added in December 2025, followed by engine compatibility troubleshooting in January 2026 that ultimately resulted in a version rollback. In May 2026, the developer announced that the Korean version was being temporarily removed from the Steam store due to a dispute with their publishing partner, explicitly clarifying that the main game and other language versions are unaffected and that the project has not stopped operating. None of these updates introduced new story content or announced any future content. The developer has not published a roadmap, announced DLC, or described any planned additions to the game itself. The post-launch activity reflects ongoing localization and maintenance work on a completed visual novel rather than an active content development cycle.
