Evaluation

My Furry Protogen is a short kinetic (linear) visual novel that launched on August 11, 2023. The store description explicitly describes it as "a short kinetic novel," which is a self-contained storytelling format with no branching or post-launch content cycle by design. The only DLC is an 18+ adult content patch that also released on August 11, 2023 — the same day as the base game, indicating it was part of the original release rather than post-launch development. There have been no post-launch developer communications, no announced future content, no roadmaps, and no additional DLC listed. The game was clearly shipped as a finished, self-contained product.

Evidence

Store description explicitly markets the game as 'a short kinetic novel' — a self-contained linear format with no expectation of post-launch content additions.
