Evaluation
This is an English localization of a Japanese visual novel that released on April 2, 2021. The store description presents the game as a complete, self-contained package — a fixed narrative with 14 scenes, full voice acting, gallery and scene selection, and a defined set of features. No DLC, expansions, or future content have ever been announced.
After launch, the developer issued a Spanish localization patch on July 24, 2021, and added a scene studio feature on April 1, 2022. Since that April 2022 update, no further developer communications of any kind have been posted. With no history of major content releases, no announced future content, and no update activity since April 1, 2022, the game is best understood as a finished product that shipped with all of its content and received only minor post-launch polish.
Evidence
Store page describes a complete, fixed-content visual novel with 14 scenes, full voice acting, gallery mode, and scene selection — no mention of DLC, expansions, or ongoing content plans.
Version 1.4.1 added a scene studio feature — the most recent developer communication on record.

About this game
The only good part about attending your boring family meetups is that you get to ogle your hot cousin, Nodoka. But this time she brought back her stupid handsome husband to spoil the mood. While lamenting your cousin's married status, your great grandmother calls you and Nodoka away for a private conversation. She drops a BOMB! Turns out your cousin's husband is impotent and granny wants to see some babies coming from your Nodoka ASAP. Great grandmother wants you to be the one to get her pregnant!
Seizing the opportunity to finally get Nodoka's hot body all to yourself, you'll take your job knocking her up very seriously. Fuck her like her loser husband never could and make her fall in love with your cock and forget about that limp dick guy. Take her every chance you get; blowjobs as soon as she comes through the door, go to the park in nothing but a string bikini and fuck her out in the open, tie her up with ropes and leashes until she begs you to fuck her more and more until she is all yours.
