My Slime Garden

My Slime Garden is currently in Early Access and remains under very active development by Slimebox Games. Since its Early Access launch on January 8, 2025, the developer has maintained an extraordinary update cadence — 13 major content releases across roughly 18 months, plus 20 feature patches and 8 bug fix updates among 49 total posts scanned in this evaluation window. Recent major additions include the Underwater Biome and a reworked rarity system (Version 0.160, July 13, 2026), a multi-part Witchfall crossover collaboration event (Versions 0.156–0.158, April through June 2026), and a local multiplayer mode (September 2025). The most recent communication was a feature patch on July 20, 2026, which also teased an in-progress Frogun crossover collaboration currently visible on the developer's Twitter page. The store description explicitly commits to weekly public updates and semi-daily nightly beta builds, reflecting an ongoing, high-frequency development philosophy. The game is still in the 0.1xx version range, clearly well short of a planned 1.0 release. There are no signs of slowdown or development uncertainty — the developer has been posting consistently and shipping substantial new content on a near-monthly basis throughout 2026.
