Evaluation

Mystic Academy: Escape Room launched on June 14, 2023 as a self-contained escape room puzzle game. The only DLC released is the game's soundtrack, which shipped on the same day as the game itself. The developer, mc2games, has been active throughout 2024 and into 2026, but all of their news posts relate to the announcement and launch of entirely separate games in their escape room series — Pyramids and Aliens (December 2024), 60 Minutes to Extinction (October 2025), and Secrets of Velendar Castle (May 2026). One post from April 2025 announces a VR Edition of Mystic Academy being developed by a partner studio, but this is a separate product rather than additional content for this base game. There are no announced expansions, updates, or additional content planned for Mystic Academy: Escape Room itself. The game launched as a complete, standalone experience and has received no post-launch content updates.
