NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4

NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4 launched on February 4, 2016 and received a structured post-launch content campaign. A Season Pass was sold at launch covering three DLC packs, the last of which — The Sound Four Characters Pack — shipped in May 2016. A developer announcement from April 26, 2016 explicitly described DLC 3 as "the final DLC for Naruto Storm 4," signaling the end of the original content roadmap. Beyond the Season Pass, CyberConnect2 released the Road to Boruto expansion on February 2, 2017, adding new characters, story content, and gameplay modes. A follow-up content pack — the Road to Boruto Next Generations Pack — was released on April 23, 2020, and represents the last content ever shipped for the game. All six DLC entries in the store listing are marked as released, with no unreleased items. The developer has not announced any additional content since the April 2020 pack. The most recent news post from November 21, 2025 is a promotional page celebrating the entire STORM series lineup — it contains no announcement of new content for STORM 4 specifically. This is consistent with the game being a complete, finished product with no further content planned.
