Evaluation
NEKOPARA Vol. 1 launched on December 29, 2014 as the first entry in the NEKOPARA visual novel series. Over the following years it received four DLC releases: a Theme Song pack (April 5, 2016), an OVA Set (January 9, 2018), an 18+ Adult-Only Content patch (December 17, 2018), and an Artbook (May 20, 2019). All four DLC are released, with the most recent shipping in May 2019. No further DLC has been announced or listed for this specific volume since then.
The developer's news activity on this store page has been primarily cross-promotional, announcing other entries in the NEKOPARA series rather than new content for Vol. 1 itself. The series remains actively developed — NEKOPARA After was announced for May 2025, and the smartphone/PC title Nekopara Sekai Connect launched in April 2026 — but these are separate products, not additions to Vol. 1. The most recent post on this page (April 7, 2026) celebrates the broader series milestone of 7 million copies sold and announces Nekopara Sekai Connect, with no mention of new Vol. 1 content.
NEKOPARA Vol. 1 is a self-contained visual novel that shipped as a complete story. All of its associated DLC has been released, and there are no outstanding commitments or announcements of additional content for this volume.

About this game
What's NEKOPARA? Why, it's a cat paradise!
Kashou Minaduki, the son of a long line of Japanese confection makers moved out to open his own shop "La Soleil" as a patisserie.
But upon moving out, hidden amongst his things were two of the catgirls, Chocola and Vanilla, that the family had been raising. When he tried to send them back, they begged and pleaded until he gave in and now they've opened La Soleil together.
With two catgirls who really, REALLY love their master trying their very best and occasionally failing -- a heartful comedy opens for business!
See the Sayori NEKO WORKs’ mascots Chocola and Vanilla like never before, moving, and in full voice on screen. And now with the E-mote System, the characters smoothly move on screen changing expression and poses in countless ways.
