NEO AQUARIUM - The King of Crustaceans launched on June 8, 2015. Its only post-launch content was a soundtrack DLC, which released on April 8, 2016. The last update specifically for this game was a bug fix on December 14, 2017 (a Windows 10 startup error fix). Since then, there have been no further patches, content releases, or developer communications about this title. The news feed from the publisher (PLAYISM) has been entirely focused on other games in their catalog, with no mention of NEO AQUARIUM after the 2017 bug fix. All released DLC has shipped, no future content has been announced, and the developer has not maintained any update cadence for this title. You can even customize your own aquarium by placing the small creatures and pieces of terrain you earn in battle. Use your wild nature and your strategic skills to become the King of Crustaceans!

In this mode, you battle all kinds of aquatic creatures while enjoying the tantalizing story.
- Free Battle Mode
You can play local competitive multiplayer for up to 4 players using split-screen, or you can battle online via Steam network.
- Aquarium Edit Mode
Here you can use the parts you earned in Story Mode to customize your own stages. The creatures you place will come to your aid during combat.
