The developer (DIG Games) explicitly announced on April 17, 2025 that Norega is being retired. This closes the book on any future content or updates for the game.
Norega launched on July 6, 2021. Both DLC entries — Norega(Expansion) and Norega(Full Expansion) — were released before the base game's launch date (June 25 and June 30, 2021 respectively), indicating they were bundled launch content rather than post-launch additions. The game received several patches and feature improvements in its first year. In June 2022, the developer announced plans to revamp and expand the game with new content, and some improvements followed. The last major content milestone was the Autocraft feature, released on September 19, 2023.
After that, the developer's communications shifted entirely to promoting new, separate projects: a successor to Greed Knights (announced March 7, 2026) and a game called Craftoon (announced July 30, 2026). These posts confirm the developer has moved on entirely. No unshipped content exists on the store, and the retirement announcement leaves no ambiguity. Norega is a finished, retired product.

Helo guys! I am very proud to announce you my biggest and most polished game that took me quite some time and dedication to be made.
Questions:
- 1 What is this game about?
- This is a RPG-IDLE game hybrid. - 2 This looks like your older games?
- Most rpgs have same kind of content... a town where you upgrade your character and stages. - 3 Is this an IDLE game again?
- I believe you can play actively (until you get bored up to the final stage) and beat the Game. - 4 Will this game be removed from the store?
- No! - 5 Is there any reason for me to play this game actively?? instead of playing it Idling??
- By playing actively you get rewards much faster then in IDLE-PLAY. - 6 IDLE GAME??

ABOUT THIS GAME
Norega is a RPG-IDLE Hybrid It can be played as an RPG(After 1 boss gets repetitive) it can also be played as an IDLE-GAME.
The game has NO OFFLINE-PROGRESS...but RUNS ON BACKGROUND.
If you are like me and loves GRINDING GAMES... I highly recommend trying to beat the game without IDLE-MODE!
After that you can let it IDLING... Its up to you!
