NTR Idol: Déjà Vu launched on June 19, 2026. Both available DLC items — a Soundtrack and an Artbook — were released the day after launch on June 20, 2026, and no unreleased DLC is listed on the store. Since launch, the developer has been actively engaged with the game: a feature patch on June 26, 2026 added new content including a new H-scene and gameplay features, a hotfix followed on June 28, 2026, and a second feature patch on July 21, 2026 added further content (a new outfit, additional story content, and a variety of fixes and adjustments). In the July 21, 2026 patch note, the developers — a two-person indie team — shared that they plan to continue listening to player feedback and patching the game to make it "a more complete experience," and expressed hope to bring players "a more mature, fun, and complete title in the future." This language suggests they consider the current game a work in progress in terms of polish, but does not announce any specific new content such as named DLC or expansions. No roadmap or commitment to new content has been published. Given the game launched just over a month ago, there is not yet enough post-launch history to determine whether substantive new content is planned beyond ongoing patches.
