Core Gameplay
State-Compliant Construction: Design your facility from the ground up. Lay foundations, pave parking lots, paint specialized zones, and place furniture. But watch out—forget a mandatory bedside table or mess up hallway clearances, and State Inspectors will hit you with citations.
Advanced Patient Care: Your residents' biological needs are fully simulated. Manage scheduled med passes with rolling Med Carts, chart vitals, and answer call lights. Ignore them, and watch their condition crash until you're forced to call an ambulance and lose your daily grant money.
Dystopian Staffing Logistics: Hire Nurses, CNAs, Maintenance, and EVS staff. Juggle complex contracts and build a grueling 24/7 Master Schedule. Watch your staff physically commute to work, handle shift-change reports, and take mandated smoke breaks. Push them too hard, and they'll suffer from severe burnout and quit on the spot.
Sanitation & Facility Upkeep: A facility is a living thing, and it is constantly degrading. Beds and computers break down, requiring your Maintenance crew to fulfill work orders. Meanwhile, your EVS team must desperately battle accumulating dirt, load the dumpsters, and manage the endless cycle of washing and drying soiled linens before the rooms become unlivable biohazards.
Supply Chain Nightmares: Rehab requires supplies. Build Loading Zones to receive delivery trucks, physically unpack boxes into Storage, and distribute stock to your supply closets. Run out of bedpans on a Tuesday? Prepare to pay a 400% markup for overnight rush delivery.
Balance the Books: Review admissions from the local hospital and choose your residents based on their insurance—Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Pay. Scrap and sell depreciated furniture to scrape together extra cash, juggle the Friday payroll, and keep the lights on before the system collapses!
