Oriental Valley launched on April 25, 2024 as a complete, finished product. In the weeks following launch, the developer shipped three patch updates addressing bugs and adding small quality-of-life improvements — a refrigerator, backpack sorting, English localization assets, and various bug fixes — with the last of these posted on May 15, 2024. There have been no developer communications of any kind since that date.
Both DLC items listed on the store (a Deluxe Edition costume pack and a crossover bundle) were released on launch day alongside the base game, and no additional DLC has been announced or listed as unreleased. The developer has not announced any roadmap, future content, or ongoing update plans.
The post-launch patch activity was short-lived and consistent with a studio fixing issues immediately after shipping — not a sustained content development cycle. With no updates or communications since May 15, 2024, no announced future content, and no unreleased DLC, the game appears to have been a complete, self-contained experience at launch.
