OVER THE TOWER launched on January 26, 2026 and has received a steady stream of updates ever since. In the days following launch, the developer quickly shipped Ver. 1.1 (January 27, 2026) addressing early player feedback and fixing bugs. Updates continued at a consistent pace through February and March 2026, with versions 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 adding new quality-of-life features, inventory improvements, language support, and UI refinements. Most notably, on May 19, 2026 the developer announced a major Ver. 2.0 update, celebrating 10,000 downloads and previewing a substantial new ASTRAL feature system. That update shipped just weeks later on June 12, 2026 — just two days before today — adding ASTRAL Skills for equipment, a new ENDLESS ASTRAL game mode, and ASTRAL Crystal Enhancements, primarily designed as post-endgame content. This pattern demonstrates that the developer is actively engaged with the game and delivering meaningful new systems, not just maintenance fixes. No specific future content has been announced beyond the now-shipped Ver. 2.0, but the developer has shown a clear willingness to expand the game substantially after launch and has not indicated that development is winding down.
