Penko Park launched on October 23, 2020 and received one major free expansion — The Shivering Crypts — on September 7, 2021, which added a new large level, 40+ new monsters, a new tool, outfits, collectibles, full gamepad support, and new language options. Following that expansion, the game was ported to Nintendo Switch on September 27, 2022 (bundling all content including The Shivering Crypts), and then to macOS and Linux on May 3, 2023. Since the macOS/Linux release, there have been no further developer communications, no announced content, and no unreleased DLC on the store. The developer has not signaled any plans for additional content. The last post from Ghostbutter was on May 3, 2023, and the pattern of activity — heavy early patching followed by a single major expansion and then platform ports — is consistent with a game that has reached the end of its planned content cycle. There is no DLC listed on the store, no roadmap, and no developer statement suggesting more is coming. The game appears to be complete as of the macOS/Linux launch date.
