Evaluation

Phantom Thief Celianna launched on November 15, 2018 as a complete stealth action RPG. There is no DLC listed for the game, no post-launch content updates, and no developer statements announcing future content. All news posts from the publisher are announcements and releases for entirely different games in Kagura Games' catalogue — none relate to Phantom Thief Celianna specifically. The one development-status post (April 1, 2022) is an April Fools' joke announcement for a fictional mobile game called "Kagura Compact," not a statement about this title. The game shipped as a finished product and has received no post-launch content cycle of any kind.

About this game

There are evildoers in every society. Dishonest traders who defraud innocent people of their money. And shameless aristocrats who exploit the poor into starvation.

But there is a group of chivalrous thieves that only targets such criminals. The group is called "Cat's Punch."

In their performance-enhancing suits, the beautiful and elegant women of the group evade through traps and enemies to steal the treasures of those who would oppress society.
