Pharaonic launched out of Early Access on April 28, 2016, with the final boss and ending cutscenes included in that release. Shortly after, on June 17, 2016, the developer shipped Update 3 — a gameplay improvement patch that adjusted arena mechanics and combat feel. That June 2016 post is the last developer communication specifically about Pharaonic found in the record. Since then, Milkstone Studios has been active — releasing White Noise 2 (April 2017), Farm Together (October 2018), Ziggurat 2 (October 2021), Army of Ruin (June 2023), and Farm Together 2 (May 2025) — but none of these posts reference any further Pharaonic content. No DLC has been announced or listed for the game, no roadmap was ever published, and the store description makes no mention of planned updates or expansions. The game launched as a complete, self-contained action RPG experience and has received no post-launch content development beyond early quality-of-life patches made shortly after its 1.0 release.

Pharaonic takes the excellent combat design of Dark Souls and adapts it to a faster paced side-scrolling environment. Use your shield to block and parry incoming attacks, manage your stamina and wait for your chance to attack and defeat your enemies. A single mistake can be fatal, so stay on your toes to avoid making any.
