Evaluation

Pirate Pop™ launched on November 4, 2016 as a self-contained retro arcade game. The only DLC ever released — a soundtrack pack — shipped on the same day as the game itself. The developer posted a single bug-fix patch on December 16, 2016 (patch 1.1) to resolve an achievement issue and a few minor bugs, and there has been no further communication from the studio since that date. No expansions, updates, roadmaps, or future content announcements have ever been made. The store description frames the game as a complete experience celebrating "10 years of popping," with no mention of planned additions. This is a finished, standalone arcade game that launched as a complete package in November 2016.
Evidence
Patch 1.1 fixed an achievement bug and minor audio/localization issues. This is the last and only developer communication after launch, with no mention of future content.
